WARRANTY CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At Motivo, your trust means everything to us. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that any personal information you share with us remains secure and handled with care.

1. Warranty Registration:

1.1. Customers must register their item on the same day of purchase to activate the warranty.
1.2. Warranty Card registration must be completed at: motivo.shop/reg.aspx
1.3. Registrations made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted for extended warranty.

2. Warranty Duration and Coverage:

2.1. Without Motivo Warranty Card:
     2.1.1. 7-day warranty for both in-store and online purchases.
     2.1.2. Returns and exchanges must follow the return policy of the store or e-commerce platform where the item was purchased.
2.2. With Motivo Warranty Card:
     2.2.1. 60-day warranty for e-commerce and in-store purchases.
     2.2.2. Warranty Card must be registered on the same day of purchase to activate.
     2.2.3. Warranty claims must comply with platform return guidelines and Motivo’s product condition standards.

3. Covers the following manufacturing defects:

     ● Battery malfunction
     ● Charging port issues
     ● Structural integrity issues (e.g., housing damage due to defective materials)
     ● Circuitry malfunctions affecting performance

4. Warranty Exclusions: Motivo reserves the right to decline warranty claims or refunds under the following conditions:

4.1. Products that have been defaced, tampered with, or altered.
4.2. Cosmetic damage: scratches, nicks, dents, stains, or sticker damage.
4.3. Damage due to misuse, abuse, drops, or water exposure beyond product specs.
4.4. Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., fire, flood).
4.5. Products chewed by pets or damaged by insects/rodents.
4.6. Items modified without written consent from Motivo.
4.7. Purchases from unauthorized sellers, auction sites, or deal sites.

5. Customer Responsibilities:

5.1. Must be a registered Motivo Loyalty Card holder.
5.2. Registration must be completed on the date of purchase.
5.3. Contact Motivo through official social media accounts to initiate a warranty claim.
5.4. Present a valid sales invoice or official receipt.
5.5. Bring or ship the product to a Motivo store with:
     5.5.1. Original packaging
     5.5.2. Product labels
     5.5.3. User manuals
     5.5.4. Accessories included at the time of purchase
5.6. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

6. Warranty Claims Process:

6.1. If the same item is available, it will be replaced with the same model at original price.
6.2. If the item is unavailable:
     6.2.1. A replacement item of equal value.
     6.2.2. A 40% e-voucher that can be used to purchase any Motivo product.
     6.2.3. If the chosen replacement item is priced higher, the customer will pay the price difference.
     6.2.4. If the replacement item is priced lower, no refund or change will be provided.

Important Notes:

● The warranty applies only to authentic Motivo products purchased from authorized Motivo stores and partners.
● Motivo reserves the right to update or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
● The latest version is always available at motivo.shop.

Legal Compliance:

This warranty adheres to Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines). Liability is limited to product replacement. All disputes are governed by Philippine law under Quezon City jurisdiction.
